Based in Dubai, NAFFCO are the largest manufacturers and distributors of fire safety equipment across the Middle East, Egypt and India. The company operate predominantly in the B2B market with their core audience being made up of developers, architects and building project managers.

NAFFCO needed a website that would fit in with their professional and corporate brand image while providing easy access to their products for their audience. In addition, they required our marketing expertise to help position the company as an authority across the MENA region.

01. Web design

The website was a fully bespoke build with a bespoke CMS system. The web design presented a challenge in that the company’s products has to be less than 3 levels deep. We overcame this challenge by creating a mega menu which had 3 levels for the products.

The professional design was done to represent the corporate brand of NAFFCO. The website was also a reflection of the company’s size as shown in their multiple prestigious projects which we collated into our Projects page. Our web designers also incorporated 3x feed systems, news, events and a blog.

02. SEO

Despite NAFFCO’s authority and size, the company had very little search ranking. The goal of the SEO campaign was to make NAFFCO the source of fire safety information in the Middle East. The main keywords to be targeted including fire safety, firefighting equipment and their many variants. We geared the work at NAFFCO’s target countries which include the UAE, Oman, Egypt, India, Kuwait, and Qatar

The SEO team created a strategy which included content marketing and on-page optimisation to achieve NAFFCO’s aim. After 1 year, NAFFCO have over 100 keywords that are all ranked on Page 1 of Google.

03. PPC

In correlation with NAFFCO’s SEO campaign, we recommended a PPC campaign to boost the company’s exposure in countries like Oman, UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Kuwait and India. The PPC keywords targeted include firefighting equipment, fire safety and their derivatives.

We built over 100 advert groups and used features such as detailed geo-tracking for their campaigns. This was also boosted with full conversion tracking for calls and forms. The communication between the SEO and PPC departments ensured a successful marketing campaign for the client.
